Recruiter (Training Provided)

Our team is growing and looking to hire 4 Recruiters to join our Fort Worth team.

No recruiting experience? That's okay.

We're looking for hardworking, dependable individuals who are willing to learn. We provide the training, tools, and support needed to become a successful recruiter.

This is an onsite role for people who enjoy talking with others, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

• Source candidates through job boards and recruiting platforms
• Make outbound calls to potential candidates
• Conduct phone screenings and interviews
• Schedule interviews and coordinate onboarding
• Maintain candidate records and recruiting activity
• Build relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Help meet weekly and monthly hiring goals

• Strong work ethic

• Excellent communication skills
• Comfortable making phone calls throughout the day
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Customer service, sales, hospitality, call center, or administrative experience is a plus
