Assistant Project Manager – Construction

Results-driven construction professional with a strong mechanical background, supporting commercial HVAC and plumbing projects across the DFW area, including specialized environments such as data centers and hospitals. • Partner with Project Managers to execute projects aligned with design, budget, and schedule
• Support delivery of specialized projects including data centers and healthcare facilities
• Review drawings/specifications and identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiencies
• Assist with job cost tracking, schedules of values, and project billing processes
• Coordinate with general contractors, owners, subcontractors, and vendors on RFIs and change orders
• Procure mechanical and plumbing materials to meet project specifications and timelines
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
• Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure clear communication across teams
• Promote and uphold job site safety standards and best practices
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
