We're Hiring: Project Accountant

Join a growing team supporting commercial construction and service projects. We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Accountant to partner with Project Management and Accounting teams to ensure successful project execution and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate project budgets and contract values in accounting systems
• Analyze project costs, budgets, and financial performance
• Support forecasting and cost-to-complete reporting
• Prepare and maintain project reports and documentation
• Communicate project status and financial updates to management
• Coordinate with project teams to support project success
• Conduct internal audits to ensure financial accuracy and compliance
• Process project-related accounts payable and billing applications
• Reconcile project receivables and payables
• Support internal and external audit requests

Qualifications:

• Experience in financial accounting and reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience with Sage, COINS, or similar accounting software preferred
