Project Manager

mechanical contractor based in DFW with over 40 years in the market. Specializing in commercial, industrial, and healthcare projects. Their work is rooted in Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver complex mechanical construction projects from start to finish. This role owns execution — scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety — while driving strong relationships with clients, trade partners, and internal teams.

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years of mechanical construction project management experience w/ project sizes to $5million+
• Experience leading Project Manager & Project Engineers
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Design-build/design-assist experience
• Financial acumen and cash-flow management skills
• Proficiency & experience w/construction & accounting software (Timberline/Sage, MS Office, CAD/BIM)
