Location: Kalispell, MT

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $22 to $30/hr (DOE)

About the Role

Up to 200 hours of PTO, up to $1,000 from the company toward your HSA, and a 401(k) and Roth match. That’s the package behind this commercial HVAC install role with a leading Western Montana mechanical contractor.

You’ll install commercial HVAC systems from plans and specs and run jobs from start to finish. The contractor covers HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, controls, and indoor air quality across Western Montana.

What You’ll Do

• Install commercial HVAC systems per plans and specifications
• Measure, cut, drill, and install ductwork and equipment
• Run jobs from start to finish while keeping safety and quality on track
• Work alongside general contractors, builders, and your crew on site
• Follow job staging procedures and safety protocols
• Complete job documentation, including timecards, change orders, and job packets
• Keep a professional appearance on customer and job sites

What You Bring

• Ability to read blueprints and job specs
• Working safety knowledge of tools and HVAC systems
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in tight, high, and low spaces
• Comfortable working from ladders and in all weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check, MVR, and drug screen
