Kodiak Labor Solutions is seeking experienced Licensed Journey-Level Electricians for a long-term data center construction project in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. In this role, you'll install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems supporting one of today's most critical infrastructure environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Install conduit, cable tray, and electrical raceway systems.
• Pull, terminate, and test power and control wiring.
• Install switchgear, transformers, panelboards, and other electrical equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, and project specifications.
• Perform work in accordance with NEC standards and all jobsite safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Active Iowa Journey-Level Electrician License or reciprocal state license.
• Commercial or industrial electrical construction experience.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Work Environment

This position is based on an active data center construction site and requires working safely in a fast-paced commercial construction environment. Overtime is available based on project needs.
