About the Opportunity

Kodiak is hiring experienced Journey-Level Electricians for a large-scale data center construction project in Harwood, ND. You’ll be doing electrical installation on an active commercial/industrial site where the pace is fast and safety comes first. With 60-hour weeks, $63/hour, and $150/day per diem, this one adds up.

What You’ll Get

What You’ll Do

• Install conduit, cable tray, wire, and electrical equipment
• Bend and install EMT and rigid conduit
• Pull, terminate, and label conductors
• Install panels, disconnects, fixtures, and electrical devices
• Read and interpret electrical drawings and blueprints
• Perform layout and installation to project specifications
• Work safely and efficiently to keep the project on schedule

What You Bring

• Journey-level commercial or industrial electrical construction experience
• Strong conduit bending and installation skills
• Ability to read electrical drawings
• Familiarity with electrical hand and power tools
• A strong safety mindset and dependable attendance
• Data center experience is a plus

Work Environment

Active data center construction site with a fast-paced, safety-driven environment. Expect a 6-day, 60-hour work week.
