Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and specifications to execute layouts.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure installations meet manufacturer and project standards.
• Identify and resolve installation challenges in real time.
• Communicate progress and updates to supervisors and project stakeholders.

• Zero safety violations or incidents.
• High-quality installation aligned with engineering specifications.
• Candidate Persona (Who You Are):

  Day in the Life:

  • Lead a crew of 4–5 installers on active job sites.
  • Perform quality checks and troubleshoot installation issues.
  • Qualifications & Experience:
    • 5+ years of commercial HVAC or sheet metal installation experience.
    • Ability to read and interpret mechanical and architectural drawings.
    • EPA Universal Certification preferred.
    • Working knowledge of welding and fabrication techniques preferred.
    • Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
      • Exposure to mechanical systems, high voltage, and construction environments.
      • Ability to work overtime, weekends, and occasional travel as needed.
