Commercial HVAC Service Technician

💲 $35–$55/hour (Based on Experience)

Job Overview

We are seeking a Commercial HVAC Service Technician to service, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC systems
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
• Service rooftop units, split systems, and package units
• Inspect systems and identify issues or needed repairs
• Maintain accurate service records and reports
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards
• Communicate with customers and team members as needed

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and controls
• EPA Certification preferred
• Valid driver’s license
