Database Manager-BIM

Job Title: Database Manager – BIM / CAD-MEP

We are seeking a skilled Database Manager – BIM / CAD-MEP to support and standardize BIM and fabrication data environments for a growing mechanical construction team. This role is critical in ensuring alignment between design, fabrication, and field operations while driving efficiency through automation and data integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage CAD-MEP fabrication databases (Fabrication CADmep, CAMduct, ESTmep)
• Develop and maintain Revit families and BIM content standards
• Ensure consistency between Revit models and fabrication databases
• Administer Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) for coordination and document control
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for project and fabrication insights
• Develop Dynamo scripts to automate workflows and QA/QC processes
• Support data standardization, integration, and reporting across teams
• Troubleshoot BIM, database, and workflow issues
• Maintain libraries, specifications, and version control

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in BIM/VDC, mechanical construction, or database management
• Strong proficiency in Revit and Autodesk Fabrication tools
• Experience with Dynamo scripting for automation
• Working knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and Power BI
• Understanding of HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems
• Strong problem-solving and data management skills
• Experience with APIs or advanced automation tools is a plus
