Project Manager – Healthcare Mechanical Construction

Location: Dallas–Fort Worth, TX

Employment Type: Full-Time, Exempt

We are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to support large-scale commercial and healthcare mechanical construction projects throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth market.

This role is ideal for an organized, proactive construction professional who can step into active projects with minimal ramp-up and work closely with Senior Project Managers and field leadership to keep projects moving successfully.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage assigned phases of large commercial mechanical construction projects
  • Support project scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and cost tracking
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, field teams, and internal project staff
  • Review RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and project documentation
  • Assist with change orders and contract administration
  • Participate in owner, architect, and contractor meetings
  • Monitor schedules, productivity, and project performance
  • Partner with field leadership to resolve issues and maintain progress
  • Support commissioning, closeout, and project turnover
  • Maintain strong client communication and service

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of commercial construction experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
  • Strong understanding of project management fundamentals
  • Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Healthcare construction experience preferred
  • Mechanical contractor experience preferred
  • Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project experience preferred
  • Ability to contribute quickly with minimal onboarding
