Civil Construction Manager

We Are Recruiting for a Civil Construction Manager | Texas

We are recruiting for an experienced Civil Construction Manager to provide field leadership on a large-scale construction project in Texas.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on heavy civil professional with experience managing site operations, subcontractors, quality, safety, productivity, and schedule performance.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead daily field operations and monitor project progress and productivity
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure work meets project specifications and industry standards
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, inspectors, and multiple construction disciplines
• Manage mobilization and site logistics to prevent delays
• Enforce OSHA and project safety requirements
• Monitor labor, materials, equipment, and project costs
• Resolve field issues and maintain schedule performance

What We’re Looking For:

• 7+ years of heavy civil construction experience
• 3+ years in a Superintendent, Construction Manager, or similar leadership role
• Experience with large-scale infrastructure projects
• Background in grading, utilities, concrete, foundations, pile construction, highways, or high-tech infrastructure
• Strong knowledge of civil construction standards and specifications
• Experience with Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Trimble ProjectSight, or similar tools is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
