What You’ll Do:

·       Service, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in commercial settings.

·       Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues.

·       Perform preventive maintenance on rooftop units, split systems, furnaces, air handlers, and more.

·       Manage and maintain company vehicle inventory.

·       Assist with installations and system upgrades.

·       Understand the value of preventive maintenance and what it can create.

·       Deliver outstanding customer service and communicate clearly with customers.

·       Document service work using company software.

·       Follow safety standards and best practices at all times.

What You Bring:

·       High school diploma or equivalent (technical school training is a plus).

·       EPA Universal Certification.

·       Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record.

·       Strong mechanical aptitude.

·       Customer-focused attitude with strong communication skills.

·       Ability to lift 50 lbs and work indoors, outdoors, at heights, or in confined spaces.
