Plumbing Project Manager

Location: Turkey, Texas

Pay Rate: $50–$55 per hour

Per Diem: $175 per day

Schedule: First shift, Monday–Friday

Project Duration: Approximately 6 months

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Project Manager to support a commercial and industrial plumbing construction project in Turkey, Texas. This is an opportunity for a proven construction project manager with experience overseeing plumbing projects, coordinating field operations, managing project financials, and maintaining strong client relationships.

The successful candidate will help manage project activities from execution through closeout while working closely with owners, general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams.

What You’ll Do

• Manage commercial and industrial plumbing project activities from execution through completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
• Coordinate with owners, general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and field leadership.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
• Track project costs, billing, change orders, forecasting, and overall job profitability.
• Lead project meetings and provide clear updates on project progress and performance.
• Support manpower planning and coordinate project requirements with field teams.
• Identify project risks and develop proactive solutions to keep projects on track.
• Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure project activities meet applicable safety, quality, schedule, and company standards.
• Support project closeout, documentation, and final turnover requirements.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of project management experience in commercial or industrial plumbing construction.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and commercial construction methods.
• Experience with project budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and contract administration.
• Experience managing mechanical or plumbing projects valued at $1 million or more preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software.
• Strong communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate effectively with field and project teams.
• Ability to work on-site in Turkey, Texas, Monday through Friday.

Location and Schedule

This Plumbing Project Manager position is based on-site in Turkey, Texas. The schedule is first shift, Monday through Friday, for an anticipated project duration of approximately six months.
