We're seeking an experienced Electrical QA/QC Manager to oversee quality assurance and quality control for large-scale mission critical and hyperscale data center construction projects in Fort Wayne, IN.

This role is ideal for an electrical professional with experience in QA/QC, electrical construction, commissioning, inspections, and project turnover who takes pride in delivering installations that meet the highest quality standards. You'll work alongside project management, field supervision, commissioning teams, and subcontractors to ensure electrical systems are installed safely, correctly, and in compliance with project specifications.

What You'll Do

• Lead project-specific Electrical QA/QC programs from preconstruction through project closeout.
• Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC plans, inspection procedures, and quality documentation.
• Perform field inspections and quality audits of electrical installations.
• Verify work complies with construction drawings, specifications, NEC requirements, and client quality standards.
• Identify, document, and track punch list items, deficiencies, and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
• Coordinate corrective actions and verify completion of required repairs.
• Support electrical testing, commissioning, energization, and final turnover activities.
• Review submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, as-built documentation, and closeout packages.
• Maintain accurate quality records and inspection documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Partner with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, commissioning teams, and owners to ensure successful project delivery.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of Electrical QA/QC experience within commercial, industrial, manufacturing, or mission critical construction.
• Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
• Experience inspecting medium- and low-voltage electrical systems.
• Previous experience supporting mission critical or hyperscale data center construction is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with commissioning processes, turnover documentation, and quality management systems.
• Experience reviewing construction drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittals.
• Strong organizational, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with owners, contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and commissioning teams.
