Position Summary:
The Superintendent oversees change-outs, retrofits, and installations for complex projects, supervising the daily work of mechanics, apprentices, and helpers. This role ensures that all services meet contractual agreements and budget objectives.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of industry experience, including supervisory experience
- In-depth knowledge of International Codes, HVAC, and plumbing systems
- OSHA 30-hour certification, knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred but not required)
- Experience handling personnel issues
- Mechanical, administrative, and analytical skills
- Proficient with technology (computer, tablet, smartphone, Microsoft Teams, Procore, BIM)
Job Responsibilities:
- Inspect work in progress and completed work for compliance with specifications
- Supervise and coordinate assigned trade/craft workers
- Interpret specifications, blueprints, and job orders for installations
- Review and release shop drawings for timely installation
- Teach and coach teammates to ensure safety and productivity
- Monitor manpower and tools, oversee inventory activities
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and manage project budgets
