Commercial HVAC Service Maintenance Sales

Location: Tacoma, WA

Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $1,600 per week ($83,200 annually) plus commission


Position Summary

Air Systems Engineering is seeking a Commercial HVAC Service Maintenance Sales representative. This position is responsible for selling service and maintenance contracts, maintaining client relationships, and supporting overall customer satisfaction.

This role requires both in-office work and local travel to customer sites. This is not a remote position. Candidates must live within a reasonable commuting distance to Tacoma, WA.

This position reports to the Service General Manager.


Key Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for HVAC service contracts
  • Prepare proposals including pricing, scope of work, and contract terms
  • Sell new service agreements and renew existing contracts
  • Research market trends and customer needs

Client Management:

  • Maintain relationships with existing clients
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities for additional services or upgrades

Customer Service:

  • Address customer concerns and coordinate with service technicians
  • Manage and resolve customer issues and escalations

Administrative:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client interactions in CRM systems

Financial:

  • Meet established revenue and sales targets

Compliance:

  • Follow company policies and applicable HVAC regulations
  • Ensure services meet company quality standards

Qualifications

  • Previous sales experience preferred, ideally in HVAC or related industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and accounts
  • Good organizational and time management skills

Work Environment

  • Combination of office work and local travel to job sites
  • Not a remote position
