About the Role

We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support high-volume recruiting for electrical and mechanical trades in commercial and industrial environments. This role is ideal for someone with agency recruiting experience who thrives in a fast-paced setting and can manage multiple roles at once.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit skilled trades (electricians, mechanics, technicians)
• Manage full-cycle recruiting (sourcing → screening → offer)
• Handle high-volume hiring across multiple projects
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines
• Partner with hiring managers to fill roles quickly and effectively
• Stay up to date on market trends and compensation

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience (agency required)
• Experience recruiting in electrical, mechanical, or construction trades
• Strong ability to manage multiple openings at once
• Experience with ATS, job boards, and sourcing tools
• Must be based in Richmond, VA or open to relocation

Preferred

• Experience in commercial or industrial environments
• Construction or skilled trades recruiting background
