HVAC Service Technician – Commercial & Industrial

Pay Range: $30.00-$45.00 (DOE)

What You’ll Do:

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems and associated controls.
• Work with medium to large heating and cooling systems in real-world environments.
• Diagnose system issues using tools and instrumentation.
• Disassemble and reassemble components to perform necessary repairs.
• Provide top-tier service to commercial clients in office, healthcare, and industrial environments.
• Maintain safety standards and company policies on all job sites.

What You Bring:

• Commercial HVAC service experience (required)
• EPA Universal Certification (required)
• Proficiency in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC equipment and controls
• Strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards
• Journeyman’s license (preferred but not required)
• Ability to read technical documentation and communicate effectively with customers and teammates
• Self-starter with a team-first mindset
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record.
