Talent Acquisition Specialist – MEP

Compensation: $70,000–$80,000 base salary + uncapped commission

Kodiak is partnering with a growing MEP organization to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist who can identify, engage, and hire talent in competitive technical markets.

You’ll manage full-cycle recruiting across Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing disciplines, supporting positions from field leadership to executive and corporate roles. Working directly with hiring managers, you’ll help shape recruiting strategies and deliver talent that supports business growth.

What You’ll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for Superintendents, Project Managers, Engineers, executives, and corporate professionals.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, priorities, timelines, and recruiting strategies.
• Source passive candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, and industry networks.
• Screen and interview candidates, coordinate the hiring process, and manage offers through acceptance.
• Provide a positive candidate experience while maintaining organized recruiting pipelines.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting within MEP, construction, or skilled trades strongly preferred.
• Ability to recruit across multiple job functions and levels, including senior leadership.
• Strong sourcing, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and keep searches moving.
