The Opportunity

We're hiring an experienced Subcontract Manager for a large-scale data center construction project in Turkey, Texas.

This role focuses on managing subcontractors, coordinating construction schedules, tracking submittals, and ensuring materials and equipment arrive on time. You'll work closely with project leadership and field teams to keep construction activities moving efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Manage subcontractor coordination, onboarding, documentation, and contract compliance.
• Oversee construction submittals, approvals, and document tracking.
• Coordinate subcontractor schedules and monitor project milestones.
• Track procurement and deliveries of long-lead mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts, delivery delays, and subcontractor issues.
• Lead coordination meetings and provide progress updates to project leadership.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of construction project or subcontract management experience.
• Experience with commercial, industrial, or MEP construction.
• Knowledge of construction scheduling, procurement, and material coordination.
• Proficiency with Procore, Autodesk Build, or similar software.
• Familiarity with Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Data center or mission-critical construction experience strongly preferred.
