Civil Field Coordinator

We’re Hiring: Civil Field Coordinator – Heavy Civil Construction | Taylor, TX

We are recruiting an experienced Civil Field Coordinator to support a large-scale semiconductor construction project in Taylor, Texas.

This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional with experience in heavy civil construction, site coordination, quality control, and large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily site walks to monitor construction progress, productivity, and schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractors, field crews, and daily construction activities.
• Assist with quality control inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, inspectors, and multidisciplinary construction teams.
• Monitor labor, materials, equipment, and project costs.
• Support OSHA safety compliance, site inspections, and project documentation.
• Identify and resolve field issues to prevent construction delays.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–6 years of heavy civil construction experience preferred.
• Experience with concrete, foundations, pile construction, grading, utilities, highways, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
• Strong field coordination, construction documentation, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Trimble ProjectSight, or MS Office.
• Heavy civil supervisory experience and knowledge of construction standards.
• Bilingual English/Korean skills are highly desirable.
