Senior Project Manager – Mechanical Construction

Location: Dallas–Fort Worth, TX

We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex commercial mechanical construction projects throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth market.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for a proven mechanical construction professional with strong experience managing HVAC, plumbing, piping, and building systems projects from preconstruction through closeout.

What You’ll Do

• Manage multiple full-scope mechanical construction projects
• Lead Project Managers, Project Engineers, Superintendents, and project teams
• Own project budgets, forecasting, cost control, and profitability
• Manage contracts, subcontracts, change orders, and project risk
• Lead procurement of equipment, materials, and subcontracted work
• Coordinate schedules, manpower, and field execution
• Manage progress billings, cash flow, and project financial reporting
• Collaborate with design teams on design-build/design-assist projects
• Build strong client relationships and support repeat business
• Ensure projects meet safety, quality, schedule, and financial goals

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of mechanical construction project management experience
• 3+ years leading PMs, PEs, or project teams
• Strong HVAC, plumbing, piping, and mechanical systems knowledge
• Experience with new construction and renovation projects
• Strong project financial management and forecasting skills
• Design-build/design-assist experience
• Experience managing submittals, shop drawings, and change orders
• Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering degree preferred
