Senior Project Manager – Healthcare Construction

Location: Dallas–Fort Worth, TX

Employment Type: Full-Time, Exempt

We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex healthcare mechanical construction projects valued at $40M–$50M throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth market.

This position provides overall project leadership from preconstruction through final turnover, with responsibility for financial performance, scheduling, procurement, client relationships, risk management, and team development.

What You'll Do

• Lead mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Manage budgets, forecasting, profitability, and cost control
• Develop and maintain project schedules and recovery plans
• Lead procurement, subcontract administration, and material coordination
• Manage change orders and project risk
• Partner with field leadership to improve manpower and productivity
• Lead owner, OAC, subcontractor, and executive project meetings
• Monitor safety, quality, and contractual compliance
• Identify and mitigate project risks
• Mentor Project Managers, APMs, and Project Engineers
• Build strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing $40M–$50M+ mechanical construction projects
• Strong healthcare construction experience
• 10+ years of commercial/mechanical construction experience preferred
• Strong financial management and forecasting skills
• Experience with contracts, procurement, change orders, and scheduling
• Proven ability to lead and develop project teams
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project experience preferred
• Mechanical contractor experience preferred
