Location: Richmond, VA

Salary: $65,000–$85,000 annually

This position coordinates cross-functional teams, tracks project schedules and deliverables, maintains documentation, and helps keep priorities moving forward.

A Day in the Life

  • Track project schedules, deadlines, milestones, action items, decisions, and potential risks
  • Coordinate tasks and gather updates from teams across the organization
  • Facilitate project meetings and prepare agendas, meeting notes, and action-item summaries
  • Follow up with stakeholders to ensure deliverables and deadlines are met
  • Organize and maintain project plans, schedules, documentation, and key records
  • Develop project updates and dashboards that provide visibility into progress and priorities
  • Identify potential roadblocks and connect the appropriate stakeholders to support resolution
  • Assist with technology implementations, business transformation projects, and process-improvement initiatives
  • Take ownership of increasingly complex projects as knowledge and experience grow

Qualifications

  • One to three years of experience in project coordination, administrative support, operations, business systems, or a related professional environment
  • Demonstrated ability to organize work, coordinate across teams, track commitments, and deliver results
  • Experience facilitating meetings, documenting action items, and following up with stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience supporting enterprise software implementations, business transformation, process-improvement initiatives, field-service operations, or construction-related organizations is preferred
