We're hiring an experienced Lead HVAC Service Technician to support commercial and industrial facilities throughout the Birmingham, Alabama metro area. This role is ideal for a skilled HVAC professional who enjoys troubleshooting complex systems, working independently, and delivering exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and system evaluations.
• Service and maintain HVAC equipment, mechanical systems, and controls.
• Identify equipment deficiencies and recommend repair or replacement solutions.
• Complete service documentation and maintenance records accurately.
• Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding equipment conditions and recommended repairs.
• Maintain a high level of workmanship and customer satisfaction on every service call.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of commercial and industrial HVAC service experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Experience servicing commercial HVAC equipment and mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of HVAC controls, preventative maintenance programs, and equipment reliability practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls effectively.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record preferred.
• OSHA 10 certification preferred.
