Schedule: 13 Days On / 1 Day Off | 6 x 12-Hour Days

Data Center Construction

We're looking for an experienced Electrical Project / Construction Manager to lead execution on a major Data Center project in West Texas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead overall project execution from startup through turnover

• Manage project schedules, staffing plans, procurement strategies, and subcontractors

• Monitor project financial performance and forecasting

• Develop and execute project delivery strategies

• Interface directly with clients, stakeholders, and project teams

• Manage project risks, change management, and issue resolution

• Ensure quality, safety, and schedule objectives are achieved

• Drive successful commissioning and project closeout activities

Qualifications:

8+ years of electrical construction management experience

Experience managing projects exceeding $20M

Data Center, Mission Critical, Industrial, or EPC project experience

Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, contracts, and project controls

Proven leadership and client management skills

Preferred:

 PMP Certification

 Electrical Engineering Degree

 Large-scale electrical infrastructure experience
