Location: Starting Project Cedar Rapids, IA

Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from inception through completion. This role is responsible for managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships to ensure successful project delivery.

*Must be comfortable with traveling upon project completion*

Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of mechanical construction projects
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
• Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and vendors
• Monitor project progress, quality, and safety compliance
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

Requirements:

• 5+ years of mechanical construction project management experience
• Strong knowledge of HVAC/mechanical systems
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience with project management software
