Controls Service Technician IV – Senior Lead Controls Technician

Location: Dallas-Fort Worth, TX (Field-Based) Pay: $34.00–$51.00 per hour (DOE) Schedule: Guaranteed 40 Hours Per Week

Are you a senior-level Building Automation Systems (BAS) Technician ready to take technical ownership of complex controls environments? We are seeking a highly experienced Controls Service Technician IV to serve as a lead technical resource supporting commercial and mission-critical facilities across DFW.

What You’ll Do:

· Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair of BAS, HVAC controls, and energy management systems

· Diagnose complex issues involving Niagara, programming logic, sequences of operation, and system integrations

· Resolve IP networking and BAS communication issues (BACnet, Modbus, TCP/IP)

· Coordinate with customer IT teams on network connectivity and cybersecurity

· Lead technical execution on complex service calls and small projects

· Mentor junior technicians and serve as an escalation resource

· Maintain accurate documentation and provide customer support/training

What We’re Looking For:

· 8–12+ years of hands-on building automation or controls service experience

· Strong BAS programming and advanced diagnostics experience

· Solid understanding of IP networking and HVAC control strategies

· Experience integrating third-party systems

· Niagara N4 Certification strongly preferred

· Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background screening
