Key Responsibilities

• Lead and enforce site-wide safety programs in alignment with OSHA standards
• Conduct daily site audits, safety inspections, and hazard assessments
• Facilitate toolbox talks, safety meetings, and ongoing training initiatives
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and implement corrective actions
• Maintain accurate safety documentation, reports, and compliance records
• Partner with project leadership to proactively mitigate risks
• Serve as the go-to safety authority for all crews on-site

Required Qualifications & Certifications

• OSHA 500 Certification (Required)
• CHST Certification (Required)
• 5+ years of construction safety experience
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and field enforcement
• Proven ability to influence crews and drive accountability
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Ability to stay active in the field for the majority of the workday
