BIM Project Manager – Major Projects

We are seeking a BIM Project Manager to lead coordination efforts across large-scale mechanical construction projects. This role ensures alignment between design teams, BIM personnel, and field operations, driving efficient and accurate model-based project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage BIM coordination for multiple projects from preconstruction through installation
• Maintain coordination schedules, track progress, and ensure milestone alignment
• Lead issue tracking and resolution with internal teams, designers, and trade partners
• Serve as a technical expert in Revit, providing guidance and troubleshooting
• Ensure model quality, accuracy, and compliance with BIM standards
• Support interdisciplinary coordination and identify constructability solutions early
• Develop coordination visuals and model-based deliverables for project teams
• Mentor BIM staff and promote best practices across teams
• Communicate updates, risks, and schedule impacts to stakeholders

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of BIM coordination or MEP modeling experience
• Advanced Revit proficiency required
• Strong understanding of MEP, architectural, and structural systems
• Experience leading coordination on large, complex projects
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
