Job Title: Field Safety Administrator

We are seeking a Field Safety Administrator to support safety operations across active construction job sites in North Texas. This highly visible role will work closely with field teams and leadership to promote a strong safety culture, ensure compliance, and support incident prevention efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing site-specific safety plans
• Conduct jobsite inspections and observe work practices to improve safety performance
• Support incident response, reporting, and root cause analysis
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and federal safety regulations
• Coordinate drug testing, medical response, and safety documentation
• Assist with pre-task planning, permits (confined space, hot work), and safety audits
• Participate in safety meetings, job hazard analyses, and GC safety walks
• Promote near-miss reporting and track corrective actions
• Maintain safety records, reports, and audit data (Procore, iAuditor, etc.)
• Support safety training initiatives including OSHA 10/30 coordination

Requirements:

• Experience in construction or industrial safety preferred
• OSHA 30 preferred (or willingness to obtain OSHA 501)
• Strong understanding of construction safety standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
