Project Executive – Construction

We are seeking an experienced Project Executive to lead and oversee large-scale commercial mechanical and/or plumbing construction projects. This role is responsible for driving successful project delivery—from planning through completion—while ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The Project Executive will lead a team of Project Managers and support staff, providing guidance, oversight, and leadership across multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Engineers
• Oversee project execution, ensuring alignment with design, budget, and schedule
• Manage project financials, including forecasting, billing, and cost control
• Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors
• Review plans, identify risks, and implement cost-saving strategies
• Support procurement and ensure timely delivery of materials
• Partner with field leadership to manage manpower and project needs
• Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams
• Champion job site safety and ensure compliance standards are met

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in commercial mechanical or plumbing construction
• Proven experience managing projects valued at $20M+
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Expertise in project financials and lifecycle management
• OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certifications required
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
