Senior Project Manager – Mission Critical Construction

Location: Dallas–Fort Worth, TX

Employment Type: Full-Time, Exempt

We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale mission critical mechanical construction projects supporting hyperscale data center development.

This role provides overall leadership for projects valued at $100M+, with responsibility for financial performance, scheduling, procurement, risk management, commissioning readiness, client relationships, and successful project turnover.

What You’ll Do

• Lead projects from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover
• Own project budgets, forecasting, cost control, and profitability
• Develop execution strategies for aggressive project schedules
• Manage procurement, long-lead equipment, subcontractors, and change orders
• Lead owner, executive, and multidisciplinary project meetings
• Partner with field leadership to drive productivity and manpower planning
• Coordinate commissioning readiness and owner acceptance
• Identify and mitigate project risks
• Mentor Project Managers, APMs, Project Engineers, and emerging leaders

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience
• Experience leading projects valued at $100M+
• Strong mechanical construction background
• Proven financial management and forecasting experience
• Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams
• Mission critical or data center experience preferred
• Mechanical contractor experience preferred
• Design-build and BIM coordination experience a plus
• OSHA 30 preferred
