Location: Nashua, NH
Position Summary
Our client is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of construction projects from pre-job planning through project close-out. This role is responsible for project profitability, cash flow oversight, documentation control, material and equipment procurement, scope compliance, change order estimating, and client relationship management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
A Day in the Life
- Assume profit and loss responsibility for assigned projects.
- Oversee cash flow management and project financial performance.
- Promote the company’s culture and demonstrate its core values.
- Maintain client relationships and collaborate with client representatives.
- Attend company events as required.
- Review project specifications and interpret construction drawings.
- Prepare estimates and proposals to manage project risk.
- Coordinate material and equipment procurement.
- Lead with a servant-leadership mindset.
- Ensure scope compliance and prepare change order estimates when applicable.
- Interact directly with customers and project stakeholders.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Maintain construction documents, including turnover books and as-built drawings.
- Follow company construction standards and manuals.
- Support corporate goals and initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience
- College degree or equivalent work-related experience.
- Extensive knowledge of mechanical systems and construction standards.
- Experience with construction administration, proposals, estimates, submittals, timesheets, and project standards.
- Experience with project financial oversight, cash flow management, and client relationship management preferred.

- Certifications, licenses, or registrations as required.
Physical Demands
This position is primarily office-based but requires the ability to move through heavy industrial work zones and visit active jobsites.
Work Environment
The work environment is primarily office-based with occasional jobsite presence in heavy industrial work zones.
