The Opportunity


Our client is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to support a large-scale data center construction project in Turkey, Texas.


This on-site leadership role is ideal for a construction professional with experience coordinating field operations in complex commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or multi-trade construction environments. The Construction Manager will organize daily construction activities, coordinate subcontractors and trade partners, monitor project progress, and address issues that could affect safety, quality, or schedule performance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate daily construction activities on an active data center project.
  • Work closely with project leadership, field supervisors, subcontractors, trade partners, and other project stakeholders.
  • Coordinate construction sequencing, manpower, materials, equipment, and daily field activities.
  • Monitor field progress and communicate schedule, coordination, and execution concerns to project leadership.
  • Review construction drawings, project schedules, specifications, and related documentation to support field execution.
  • Coordinate across multiple trades to identify conflicts, resolve field issues, and maintain project momentum.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide clear updates regarding progress, upcoming activities, constraints, and outstanding issues.
  • Identify potential delays, material concerns, manpower needs, and coordination challenges before they affect the project schedule.
  • Support corrective actions and track issues through resolution.
  • Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, productivity, schedule adherence, and effective communication.
  • Help ensure construction activities align with project requirements, approved plans, and overall project objectives.

Qualifications

  • Construction management or field leadership experience in commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or similarly complex construction environments.
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing, field coordination, scheduling, and project execution.
  • Experience coordinating subcontractors, trade partners, field supervision, and project leadership.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, schedules, specifications, and related project documentation.
  • Strong organizational, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
  • Proactive approach to identifying potential issues and driving them toward resolution.
  • Strong commitment to jobsite safety, construction quality, schedule performance, and teamwork.
  • Ability to work on-site in Turkey, Texas.

Data center or mission-critical construction experience is preferred but not required. Candidates with strong leadership experience on large commercial, industrial, manufacturing, healthcare, or other complex construction projects are encouraged to apply.
