Pay: $40–$42 per hour

Per Diem: $175 per day, paid seven days per week ($1,225 per week)

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Plumbing QA/QC Inspector to support a large-scale data center construction project in Turkey, Texas.

In this role, you will inspect plumbing and piping installations throughout the construction process to ensure all work complies with project drawings, specifications, applicable codes, and established quality standards. You will document deficiencies, coordinate corrective work, and track quality issues through final resolution and acceptance.

This is an excellent opportunity for a plumbing or piping professional with strong field knowledge, attention to detail, and experience maintaining quality on complex construction projects.

What You’ll Do

• Inspect plumbing and piping installations throughout all phases of construction
• Verify installations against drawings, specifications, and applicable codes
• Perform visual inspections and document deficiencies or non-conforming work
• Review pressure testing, flushing, and system commissioning activities
• Maintain inspection reports, punch lists, and QA/QC documentation
• Coordinate corrective work with field supervision and plumbing crews
• Track issues through completion and final acceptance
• Work closely with project management, commissioning teams, and other trades

What We’re Looking For

• Strong commercial or industrial plumbing and piping background.
• Previous QA/QC or field inspection experience preferred.
• Data center or mission-critical construction experience is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret plumbing drawings, P&IDs, and specifications.
• Knowledge of plumbing codes and construction quality standards.
• Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with field crews, supervisors, project management, and commissioning personnel.
• Ability to work on-site in Turkey, Texas for the duration of the project.
