We Are Recruiting for a Safety Manager | Taylor, TX

We are recruiting for a Safety Manager to join a global construction company supporting one of the largest construction projects in Texas located in Taylor, Texas.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced construction safety professional to lead safety initiatives on a major industrial project while working with a growing international organization.

What You'll Do:

• Lead OSHA compliance and safety program implementation
• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and accident investigations
• Manage permits for high-risk activities, including cranes, confined spaces, hot work, excavations, and energized electrical work
• Develop and deliver safety training programs
• Partner with project teams, subcontractors, and leadership to maintain a strong safety culture
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Industrial Hygiene, Construction Management, or a related field
• 10–15+ years of construction safety experience on large-scale or mega projects
• CSP and/or CHST certification (or equivalent) preferred
• OSHA 30-Hour, OSHA 500, or similar safety training
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
