Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair:
  • Medium to large HVAC systems
  • Heating and cooling equipment
  • Associated control systems
• Use diagnostic tools and instruments to identify system issues
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble HVAC components
• Perform general facility maintenance tasks as needed
• Maintain accurate service documentation and ensure system performance
• Follow all OSHA safety standards and company procedures

Qualifications

• Experience as a Commercial HVAC Service Technician
• Strong troubleshooting and repair experience with HVAC and refrigeration systems
• Familiarity with:
  • Building Automation Systems (BAS)
  • Hydronic systems
  • Refrigeration systems (preferred)
• EPA Certification required
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and customer service skills
