 Job Description

Comfort Systems USA - Ohio (CSUSA), is seeking an experienced Service Coordinator/Dispatcher for our Oakwood Village OH location. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years dispatching experience, preferably in the HVAC industry, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, provide exceptional customer service, and perform duties in a professional manner. 

Responsibilities

• Answering incoming service calls
• Dispatch service technicians according to their technical ability, location and urgency of call to maximize productivity
• Enter all tickets into computer system, updating and closing tickets upon completion of call
• Daily scheduling of service calls and preventive maintenance
• Issue purchase orders for parts/equipment
• Communicate with customers to schedule Preventive Maintenance
• Update WIP report weekly
• Managing files and other various duties

Requirements

• Previous dispatch experience, preferably in the HVAC industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Word, Excel & Outlook
• Strong phone skills and soft skills
• Organized with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Responsible and detail oriented
• Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
• Professional attitude
