Safety Manager / Safety Coordinator (Field-Based)

Locations: Aiken, SC

Pay: $35–$48/hr | Hours: 50–60/week | Per Diem: Up to $150/day

Project Duration: 3+ months (avg. 6 months)

Overview

We’re hiring experienced Safety Managers to lead OSHA-compliant safety programs across active construction sites. This is a hands-on, field-first role focused on keeping crews safe, identifying risks, and driving a strong safety culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and enforce jobsite safety programs
• Conduct audits, inspections, and safety meetings
• Identify hazards and implement corrective actions
• Investigate incidents and maintain safety documentation
• Partner with field teams to ensure OSHA compliance

Requirements

• OSHA 500 or 510 (Required)
• Current safety certification (CHST, STS-C, CSP, etc.)
• 5+ years construction safety experience
• Ability to travel and work in field environments
