Role Overview
We’re looking for a skilled Commercial HVAC Service Technician who can confidently diagnose, repair, and maintain systems in the field. This role is ideal for someone who thrives working independently and takes pride in delivering top-tier service.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems
- Perform routine maintenance and preventative service
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
- Ensure all work meets safety standards and code requirements
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Represent the company professionally on job sites

Day in the Life
- Start your day dispatched directly to job sites in the Bozeman area
- Troubleshoot rooftop units, split systems, or controls issues
- Coordinate with the Missoula office for parts, scheduling, or support
- Complete service documentation and communicate updates
- Wrap up knowing you handled your calls independently and efficiently
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3+ years of commercial HVAC service experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, controls, and electrical components
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- EPA certification preferred
