Overview

A growing mechanical contractor is seeking a Senior Mechanical Construction Leader to support operations and project delivery for its Medina, Ohio facility.

This role will focus on leading large mechanical construction projects, guiding project teams, and helping strengthen operations within the Medina market. The ideal candidate is a seasoned Senior Project Manager or Project Executive looking to step into a broader leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead large commercial and industrial HVAC and plumbing construction projects
• Provide leadership to project managers, engineers, and support staff
• Oversee project financial performance including budgets, cost control, and forecasting
• Maintain strong relationships with general contractors, owners, and partners
• Support operational leadership in driving growth and market expansion
• Mentor developing project managers and strengthen internal project teams
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and safely

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in mechanical construction
• Experience managing HVAC and plumbing construction projects
• Strong background managing multiple projects or large project portfolios
• Proven leadership experience with project teams
• Strong financial and operational management skills

Preferred Experience

• Design-build mechanical contracting
• Leadership responsibilities within mechanical operations or project management teams
• Experience with commercial, institutional, or industrial projects
