Superintendent

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily jobsite operations and field crews
• Manage projects involving skiffs, office buildouts, clean rooms, and service work
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, equipment, and schedules
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with plans and specifications
• Communicate with project managers, clients, and internal teams
• Resolve jobsite issues quickly and professionally
• Maintain daily reports and site documentation
• Attention to detail.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of Superintendent or related field leadership experience.
• Experience with skiffs, office spaces, clean rooms, and light service work.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills and highly independent.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to read drawings and coordinate multiple trades.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and meeting deadlines.
