Service Sales Representative – Columbus, OH


We are seeking a driven Service Sales Representative to grow our presence in the Columbus market. This role focuses on building long-term customer relationships while identifying, qualifying, and closing new service opportunities. You will directly impact monthly revenue and expansion of recurring service business.


Success in this position requires ownership of your territory, disciplined pipeline management, and consistent conversion of opportunities into service agreements.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with commercial building owners, facility managers, and operators
  • Identify customer needs and recommend service solutions that improve building performance and reliability
  • Prospect and develop new service opportunities through outreach and networking
  • Qualify prospects and advance opportunities through the sales cycle
  • Close service agreements and project work
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline reporting
  • Partner with service and operations teams to ensure successful delivery

Qualifications

  • Proven experience building and managing customer relationships
  • Demonstrated success prospecting and closing sales
  • Self-starter with strong accountability and follow-through
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Experience in service-based or commercial mechanical/facilities sales preferred
