Refrigeration Technician – Commercial HVAC/R

💼 Job Type: Full-Time | Monday–Friday (Some Evenings/Weekends)

💲 Pay: $40–$50/hour (Based on Experience) + Overtime Opportunities

This is steady, year-round work with clear paths for advancement.

What You'll Do:

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain small to large commercial refrigeration systems and their control systems
• Diagnose equipment issues and component failures using specialized testing instruments
• Perform repairs on:
  • Walk-in and reach-in coolers
  • Ice machines
  • Display cases
  • Rack systems (preferred, not required)
• Perform preventative maintenance and ensure operational efficiency
• Document work and communicate findings to team leads and customers
• Participate in rotating schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends, as needed

What You’ll Need:

• Experience servicing and maintaining commercial refrigeration systems
• Familiarity with rack refrigeration systems (preferred)
• Universal EPA Certification (required)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong mechanical aptitude, reliability, and professionalism
• Flexibility for unplanned overtime and shift variations
