📍 Location: Raleigh, NC

🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

💲 Pay Range: $25.00–$30.00/hour (DOE)

Position Summary:

We are seeking an organized and customer-focused HVAC Service Coordinator to support field operations and ensure seamless communication between customers, technicians, and office staff. This role is key to scheduling and dispatching service calls, tracking project progress, and maintaining strong customer satisfaction across Planned Maintenance, Demand Service, and Quoted Projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and dispatch HVAC Field Technicians for service calls and projects
• Prioritize and assign work based on urgency, availability, and customer impact
• Coordinate directly with customers for on-site work scheduling
• Maintain real-time updates in the dispatch system, including technician hours and job status
• Issue and track purchase orders and reconcile PO logs
• Monitor parts availability and update technicians accordingly
• Manage truck inventory and assist with payroll and billing accuracy
• Maintain service contract logs and support revenue forecasting
• Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction
• Participate in team meetings and assist with parts ordering and contract renewals

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in HVAC service coordination or dispatch
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC systems, terminology, and service operations
• Familiarity with or ability to learn AI platforms for scheduling and workflow optimization
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record (MVR check required)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
• U.S. work authorization required (no visa sponsorship available)
