Building Automation Controls Engineer (BAS) Woburn, MA

Reports to: BAS Project Manager

We’re hiring Building Automation Controls Engineers to support a strong backlog of commercial and institutional projects. This role is ideal for professionals looking for long-term stability, technical growth, and hands-on exposure across BAS, HVAC controls, and energy systems. Key Responsibilities

• Execute building automation and controls projects from installation through close-out
• Interpret project specifications, drawings, budgets, schedules, and safety requirements
• Support system installation, commissioning, start-up, and customer training
• Provide BAS programming, troubleshooting, and network validation support
• Collaborate with Project Managers, field technicians, and subcontractors
• Participate in design reviews and construction coordination meetings
• Maintain documentation and manage punch lists to ensure successful project completion

Qualifications

• Experience with commercial BAS and/or HVAC controls (all experience levels considered)
• Working knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS); Schneider EcoStruxure experience is a plus
• Experience with electronic systems, troubleshooting, and construction environments
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-based project structure
• Strong customer-facing and communication skills
