Project Manager – Mechanical Construction (HVAC & Plumbing)

We are recruiting for a well-established, mid-sized HVAC, plumbing, piping, and sheet metal fabrication for design-build and design-assist delivery, supported by modern CAD/BIM tools and a strong safety culture.

We are seeking a What You’ll Do

• Manage multiple full-scope mechanical construction projects
• Collaborate with Project Engineers and Superintendents
• Oversee contracts, schedules of values, budgets, and cost codes
• Coordinate with field leadership to plan and execute work
• Manage material, equipment, and subcontract procurement
• Review and submit billings, pay applications, and change orders
• Partner with design teams on design-build projects
• Ensure safety compliance across all assigned projects
• Drive project closeout and retainage recovery
