Job Description
Construction Administrative Coordinator
Administrative Coordinator to support our Assistant Project Managers (APMs) and Project Managers (PMs). This role is critical to the success of our project teams and plays a key part in keeping projects running smoothly from start to finish. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced construction or project management environment and brings strong attention to detail, communication, and coordination skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of administrative experience in construction or project management preferred
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with Procore, Buildertrend, or similar PM software is a plus
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
